The server

GTAFPV is a free community game server. Access can be suspended or revoked at any time for cheating, harassment, or anything that ruins the session for other pilots, and moderator judgement is final. Playing requires your own copy of GTA V and the FiveM for GTA V Enhanced client, and your use of those is governed by their own terms.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. This is a hobby server and it can go down, change, or move.

In-game packages

Any package that affects the game server is sold exclusively through our Tebex store, which is the only provider the Cfx.re platform licence permits for FiveM server benefits. Tebex is the merchant of record: it handles payment, tax, currency and refunds under its own terms, and payment disputes are resolved through Tebex rather than through us.

Every package lists its exact deliverables, duration and limitations before checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and are stated as such. On expiry, premium styles safely revert to a free fallback and your flight history, records and personal bests are preserved. Refunds and chargebacks remove future access but never delete your logbook.

Entitlements are unusable while an account is banned, and a purchase never overrides moderation. We do not sell in-game currency, loot boxes, randomised rewards, progression, competitive results, or any flight advantage.

Course purchases

GTAFPV Academy courses are digital educational content sold through Stripe on this website as a one-time purchase with lifetime access for personal use. Your access link is personal; sharing it publicly may result in it being rotated.

Course purchases are real-world training only. They never grant in-game items, advantages or privileges, and they are never bundled with a server entitlement. If the course is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Liability

The website, server and course are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTAFPV is not liable for damages arising from their use, including anything you do with a real drone. Fly safe, know your local regulations, and never fly beyond your skill outdoors.
