On this website

We store an email address if you join the update list or buy the course, and standard server logs, including IP address and pages requested, kept briefly for abuse prevention. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach us.

Website analytics

We count our own visitors rather than handing you to Google Analytics, Meta, or any other tracking network. Nothing about your visit is sent to a third party, and none of it is used for advertising.

A cookie named fpv_vid gives your browser a random ID so a return visit is not counted as a new stranger, plus a short-lived fpv_sid that marks one visit. Against those we record the pages you open, how long a page was actually in front of you, how far down it you scrolled, which link brought you here, and clicks that leave for somewhere else such as our Discord. We also keep your IP address, the country it resolves to, and what your browser reports about itself: browser, operating system, screen size, language and timezone.

The country comes from a header our own CDN adds, so no lookup leaves our servers. If town-level detail is ever switched on, an IP is sent to a geolocation provider once and the answer cached; this page will say so plainly while that is running.

This exists so we know whether anyone is finding the server and which pages are worth writing. It is never sold or shared, and it is deleted on request under Removal below.

On the game server

We store your FiveM identifiers, primarily your license, with license2, fivem and Discord IDs kept only as aliases so your record follows you. Alongside that we keep the flight record itself: flights, points, objective progress, course times and ratings.

This exists to make your logbook durable and to support moderation. It is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

If in-game packages go on sale

Purchases would be processed by Tebex as merchant of record. The game database would hold only a reference to what you are entitled to and when it expires. No card number, bank detail or billing address would ever enter it.

What we do not do

No selling or sharing of your data, no third-party advertising trackers, and no email beyond what you asked for. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works.

Removal

Ask and it is done. Message us on Discord or email [email protected], and your email address and identifiers are deleted within a few days. You do not need an account or a receipt to ask.
